Care of the vehicle and on-time technical examinations are among conditions for better traffic safety on our roads.

On the basis of a decision from the Ministry of the Interior (MNZ), the society Viator & Vektor Logistika is authorized for:

• implementation of technical inspections of motor and trailer vehicles (registration organization),
• implementation of registration procedures for motor and trailer vehicles,
• issuing test registration plates and permits for test drive,
• implementation of administrative verification of signature for purchase contracts, commission and gift contracts at a change of proprietorship of vehicle,
• implementation of free preventive inspections of vehicles (inspection of basic safety elements),
• Implementation of control inspections of isothermal vehicles for transport of highly perishable goods in accordance with ATP agreement – we issue FRC certificates.đ

Technical inspections

For tractors and tractor trailers we also implement technical inspections on the field.

We provide vehicles inspections according to CEMT resolution (safer and more ecological cargo vehicles) for:

• Cargo vehicles,
• Trailer vehicles and
• Cargo and articulated vehicles with trailer vehicles.

Next to the list above we also provide technical changes of vehicles that do not require an inspection by a professional organization (212th article of Road Traffic Safety Act).

Registration of motor vehicles

Procedures of registration of motor vehicles and articulated vehicles are implemented for natural and legal persons.

In accordance with MNZ authorization we implement the following administrative procedures for motor and articulated vehicles permitted in road traffic (190th  article of Road Traffic Safety Act):

• Registration of vehicles,
• Change of technical information of registered vehicle,
• Change of information on owners and ownership of the vehicle,
• De-registration of vehicles,
• Issuing of registration certificates and extension of registration certificates,
• Issuing of registration plates and orders of repeated registration plates and
• Issuing of test registration plates and probation certificates.

Insurance of vehicles

Next to administrative procedures we offer:

• Concluding obligatory insurances for insurance companies Triglav, Adriatic Slovenica, Tilia, Zavarovalnica Maribor,
• Payment of yearly road tax,
• Payment of administrative taxes and
• Technical changes of vehicles within regular technical inspections or as an independent procedure on customer’s demand in the case of change of color, entry of speed limit in accordance with 34th article Road Traffic Safety Act, change of VIN number on the basis of 49th article of Rules on preventive check-ups.
